In December 2006, Electra supported the £80 million MBO of Lil-lets from Accantia Group.
Lil-lets is a branded feminine hygiene products business and is a market leader in the UK and South Africa.
In the UK, stable underlying market conditions present a solid platform upon which to invest in the brand and thereby to build momentum in user numbers. In South Africa, a less developed market offers the opportunity to cement the company's market leadership.
Following the MBO, Alex-Cooper Evans and Rhian Davies joined the Board of Lil-lets Group Limited.
